This Privacy Policy describes how PIGMENT ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information when you use our web application at pigment.yumimil.com (the "Service").
Image & File Processing
All images and HTML files uploaded to PIGMENT are processed entirely within your browser. They are never sent to our servers, stored, or shared with any third party. Your files never leave your device.
Information We Collect
We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the Service: your email address and display name via Google Sign-In, and payment transaction records via Stripe. We do not collect browsing history, device fingerprints, or any other tracking data.
How We Use Your Information
Your email address is used solely for account identification and to associate your saved palettes with your account. Payment records are used to verify your Pro plan status. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond providing the Service.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Google Firebase (authentication and data storage), and Stripe (payment processing). Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.
Saved Palettes
When you use the paid palette saving feature, palette data (color codes and palette names) is stored in Google Firestore and associated with your user account (UID). You can delete your saved palettes at any time from the Dashboard.
Authentication
PIGMENT uses Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication. We only receive your email address and display name from Google. We do not access your contacts, files, or any other Google account data.
Payment
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. PIGMENT does not store, process, or have access to your credit card information or payment details. All payment data is managed securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Cookies & Local Storage
PIGMENT uses Firebase authentication tokens and localStorage for language preferences and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
Data Retention & Deletion
Your account data and saved palettes are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual palettes from the Dashboard at any time. To request complete account deletion, please contact us at pigment@yumimil.com.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand general usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Japan.
